My original treatment with an
Alpha-Stim 100 unit, administered by a therapist, brought me the first sense
of well being, happiness and freedom from pain I had experienced in 4 or 5
years. Three layers of headaches peeled back. Movement in my neck and
shoulders was fluid and pain free. This elation lasted a full half day. For
the following five days I still felt productive enough to tackle house
projects I had been putting off for too long. I had to wait two and a half
weeks for my second treatment. And, then I was prescribed my own unit.
The relief from the chronic pain I have carried since I was 18, is a
blessing. My muscles have relaxed enough to adjust damaged bones back into
healthy positions from their injury memories. Over the years I've
experienced what they now call fibromyalgia. I've also accumulated several
whiplash injuries. When I went 4 years with no treatments at all I was in
bad enough shape I wasn't sleeping, could not see well, having lost depth of
perception, both hands and arms were continually numb. Even so I went back
to school and had to deal with the label of being disabled. My depression
almost consumed me.
These days, I have regained a steadily increasing sense of well being. I
sleep most nights. I'm achieving a 4.0 at college. My neck and back are
showing tremendous increases in healing. With the increase in my sense of
well being, I pushed to find a good physical therapist, she has seen amazing
progress. My chiropractor is equally amazed at the ease now found in my
muscles.
I had quit all ibuprophen and aspirin products six months before learning
about Alpha-Stim 100. Now, I know I won't go back to them. I use
my home unit for any flair-ups or oncoming headaches.
