For the last 4 years a condition called Morton's Neuroma has been worsening in the balls of both my feet. This nerve swelling and pain keeps me awake at night until I started using the AS-Trode electrode pads on my feet. I use them for an hour on setting 4 and then remove them before going to sleep. Upon awakening, while making breakfast, I put them on each hip to ease old age pains. I also use the probes during the day when needed. I am a dance teacher and need to be constantly on my feet and as pain free as possible. The Alpha Stim has certainly helped the pain I experience at the end of the day. I'll probably have surgery eventually, but for now I am keeping the pain at bay. I also use the ear clips and after about a month found that I could discontinue taking an antidepressant drug I have been using for several years! The portability of this device is so convenient that I have it with me in my travels and even wear it when I am standing still during my 2 hour chorus rehearsals. My singing buddies refer to me as the one that's always wired! I am so very glad I discovered this product, I'll use it for the rest of my life because something always hurts somewhere.
